We source our molasses from Louisiana sugar cane milled at LaFourche Sugars in Thibodaux. We make nearly everything in house right here on Frenchmen St. We build all of our stills in house with our team of engineers. It's not just about rum, it's about New Orleans. A medium bodied blend of aged rum spends up to three years in charred American oak barrels. The barrels previously used for aging whiskey add a beautiful finish. Sip Amber on the rocks or in your favorite old fashioned recipe.
