A dry, bright, juicy any-time red that is very good off the shelf, or toss this great chillable red in the fridge! Medium acidity mixed with a tart, cranberry-like profile with little to no tannins. Slightly chalky finish.
The grapes are co-fermented and spend 8 days on the skins with pump-overs twice per day. Fermentation with native yeasts. No fining or filtering. 8 mg/l total sulphur added during the press and at bottling.
